Biography

Ben graduated with a LLB (Hons) from Durham University in 2012, completed the BPTC at Kaplan Law School in 2013 and was awarded the Bernard Sunley Prize by the Inner Temple. Having worked as a paralegal in the Litigation and Dispute Resolution Department of a large American law firm in 2014, focusing on a multi-million-pound civil fraud claim, Ben is currently a tenant at a leading London Chambers specialising in all areas of Criminal and International Criminal Law. Ben's interests are very broad within the Criminal Law, ranging from homicide and corporate manslaughter to confiscation and asset forfeiture.

Having debated for the United Kingdom at the European Youth Parliament and previously been President of training for the Inner Temple Mooting Society, Ben is fully aware of the critical importance and need for up to date, in-depth legal knowledge at the click of a button and is focused on offering accessible legal knowledge for students and aspiring lawyers.

Away from the law, Ben has been involved in athletics and is a keen sprinter having represented his University alongside being a huge rugby fan.
